FHE pilates







To get back in shape Chad and I made a goal to eat better and workout at least twice a week. This was 4 weeks old for Laine and he's doing pilates with the family for FHE and Chad is helping him roll over :)

Hooray for Pilates! That is awesome that you are making a goal to work out- and even better that you are both doing it- so that you can keep each other on track. Chris definitely keeps me on track when we work out together. And oh my- Laine is soooo cute!!! I love that he is doing pilates for FHE with you! What a cute family! :)
