Our back packing trip in Wyoming was quite exhilarating :) We stayed the first night at Chad's grandparents house and then headed out right after church the next day. If you ask Bart the trip in was about 6 miles in and once we got to our destination we had quite the time with the swamp and mosquito's :) We finally decided on our final "resting place" and had fun building a fire and setting up our tents.
Next day or so all us "ladies" listened/read the same ONE book with each other while the "men" went fishing. I'll have you know that I did catch a few fish myself... don't tell Chad or Bart, but I do rather enjoy fly fishing now :)
After the two nights of thunder showers (which was awesome I'm glad it was that way) Uncle James and Aunt Dana and office lady Paula and her husband Abb left to head home. The rest of the troop decided to stay which was way fun cause we got to go swimming in the river and play in the sun that day.
Packing out was an adventure as my body was telling me NO... so mainly Chad... and the rest of the family carried all my stuff out from our spot back to car. They are all way to nice. On the way back from the hike we stopped by a delicious Chinese restaurant and ate a feast (thanks again Bart). Then headed back to Grandpa and Grandma Clark's again and showered (thank goodness) and hung out for the rest of the night.
The next day we celebrated Chad's 24th birthday and his Mom made him his favorite Pecan Pie...
We sadly left the next morning and came back to good o;d Rexburg for a few days.

Pecan Pie? Please! Definitely chocolate cake or cheesecake for me.
Is this old news? I feel like I have seen you since then. And did you read a book out loud or something. Or you all just read your own books at the same time?
