Christiansen Reunion

For the 4th of July we drove up to Wyoming with Kelli for the Christiansen/Clark reunion. On the way there we got to drive through Yellow Stone where we got to see tons of wildlife including a grizzly bear and her two cubs. The trip to Cody was only about 4 hours and then up to Powell and Lovell about an extra hour. Once to Lovell we met up with the Christiansen family and had Pizza and reunited/met with all of the extended family. Then we all went out in search of a cliff and Indian TP rings and piles... it was really windy. The next day we woke up and drove out to the mountains where Bart used to live and we played games and fished and ate food next to a river. Then we decided to go out to a old mine and drove through rivers and over cliffs to get there. It was really fun until Kelli pointed out the car that had crashed off the cliff. Then John held onto his seat pretty tight :) We all had a blast and didn't want to leave and insisted on building a dam before we left. I did contribute by the way I just took the pictures so I'm not in them. Once back to the river area we ate some more and headed back and ate large amounts of Chinese food with the Bart Christiansen family. Next day Bart and some of his brothers went out fishing in Montana and the rest of us either went on a hike or to the parade. When all that was over the boys that were left went golfing and us girls sat around and talked... then we all met back up at night for fireworks at Uncle James and Dana's house. That concluded the end of the Christiansen family reunion. On Sunday for the real July 4th we attended church with the Clark side of the family and then continued to hangout with them for the rest of the day. The Bart Christiansen family also had the opportunity to go see the "murals" which are church history artifacts from that area which was really neat to look at. We all had a great time and went home the next morning. What a fun weekend. THanks.
